I don't believe it! The Bank of Mum has produced a cheque for £1000, and I didn't even ask for it!
I am stunned. That gives me a month's breathing space. Yippeee!
Surely I'll be all right now because I'm bound to have sorted something out within a month.
I decide to pay it into the Post Office as the Banks are shut and I need that cash .
